FAQs

Where can I purchase tickets?

The easiest way to purchase tickets is online at WEBSITE, however, you can also make your reservations through your hotel's Concierge or Activities Desk (not available at all hotels).  For assistance with an internet connection and purchasing your tickets please visit your hotel's Concierge or Activities Desk.  Tours do sellout quickly so we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

How do I buy my tickets?
Buying tickets is simple. Visit us online, pick the package you want, choose the date you want to go on and complete the transaction with the requested information.   You will be sent an email confirmation/receipt of your transaction.  When you’re done, remember to reconfirm your reservation, number of guests in your group, hotel pick-up location and time of pick-up.
You may also choose to make your reservation through your hotel's Concierge or Activities desk (not available at all hotels).  The hotel staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you might have.

How can I pay for my tickets?
If you make your reservation through your hotel's Concierge Desk, a cash deposit may be required of you to secure your reservation on short notice.  The balance or remaining amount due will be collected by your tour guide upon pick-up on the day of your tour.
Visa or Mastercard (Online) – Recommended method of payment if purchasing your tickets online.
CASH (Online) – Only recommended if you do not have a credit card and you want to purchase a tour within 3 days. Please complete and submit the “Reservation Request Form.”  A company representative will contact you to confirm your request. Your payment will be collected by the tour guide upon pick-up the day of your tour.

How do I reconfirm my reservation?
Reservations should be reconfirmed by all passengers at least 24 hours prior to your tour date and before 5:00pm.  There are two ways (by phone or email) to confirm you reservation.  To confirm your reservation by phone you can call our main offices at PHONE.  Please listen to the instructions and leave your message with the following information listed below.  You can also go to our “Contact Us” page and submit the information to us via email.  Please remember to give us the following information in the comments section:
-Your name
-Number of guests in your group
-Tour reservation date
-Hotel name or desired pick-up location
-Hotel or cellular phone number or room number where you can be reached
-Concierge name (if applicable)

What are the pick-up times and locations?
  As a convenience to all our guests we have various times and locations that you can choose from.  Please see a list of the designated pick-up times and locations that would be best for you.

Pick-up Times & Locations

Hotels on (1st – 15th Street)Please be ready for lobby pick-up by 8:00am

Starbucks Coffee located at (14th & Ocean Dr.) – 8:30am (Driver cannot wait if you are in line - please go to the Loews Hotel for a 9:00am pick-up)

Hotels on (15th – 23rd Street) – Please be ready for lobby pick-up by 8:30am

The Loews Hotel (Suggested for guests at other hotels or any guests wanting a later pick-up) – 9:00am

How large is the tour bus?
Depending on the number of passengers attending the tour on a specific date will determine the size and capacity of the tour bus.  The buses vary in size from 15 to 38 passengers.  For large groups or private charters we will use larger size motorcoaches.

How long is the tour?
Once you are picked up from your hotel lobby, the driver will proceed to South Beach where your tour will begin and will last approximately 7 hours.  A half-day option is available for guests taking the Miami City Tour only.  This tour would last from 9:00am to 12:30 pm.  You will have plenty of time to enjoy the "ULTIMATE MIAMI EXPERIENCE." On some occassions some tours may take a bit longer depending on the traffic conditions and other factors beyond our control.

What should I bring?
We suggest that you bring a camera or video recorder. You will be seeing and visiting many sites and historical landmarks throughout the city that you will want to take pictures of. Don't forget your list of souvenirs for those back home. There will be plenty of shops to visit where you might even find something you can't live without.

What should I wear?
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. There are many stops along the tour where you will have time to stretch your legs. You might also want to bring a sweater or something warm as it could get a bit cold at times in the bus.

Can I leave items and personal belongings on-board the bus?
Yes. You can leave your personal belongings in the overhead space provided. Our driver will be sure to lock the bus during our longer stops however; we will not be liable for any missing items if someone should break into the bus.

Can we bring food and drinks on the vehicles?
Yes. Drinks - we ask that you only bring liquid containers that can be sealed, no open cups (Gatorade, water or juice bottles with sealable lids). Food Items - We ask that you only bring small snacks available in wrappers that can be disposed of and no full meals that could spill.

Are your vehicles equipped with restrooms?
No.  Unfortunately our vehicles are not large enough to be equipped with restrooms.  We do suggest that you use the restrooms located at your hotel prior to being picked up or at one of the various stops during the tour.
